We had all but given up on buying a house and had begun looking for an apartment. After an especially frustrating day of apartment hunting, my husband decided to look in our local paper just one more time. He found your ad and called you and you directed him to your website that contained photos of rent-to-own property that was available immediately and within an hour we were touring what would become our new home. I thought this seems too good to be true. That day turned out to be one of the best days of my life.
It was the first time that I felt getting my own home again might be possible. It was like buying a lottery ticket and dreaming about the possibilities. I knew I could afford my own home, but I also knew I could not get any financing from anyone.
Just a week later we signed all of the paperwork necessary and started moving in.
My oldest son wanted to thank you especially for helping us find a house where he could have his own room. He has always had to share with his brothers. The first thing he did was put a no trespassing sign on his bedroom door. All three boys now have a place to be boys; they ride their bikes every day around the neighborhood.
